Webinar #1 LEP Legal and Ethical Requirements
This 1.5 hour webinar explores the ethical and legal imperatives for providing meaningful access to individuals with Limited English Proficiency. The presenters will cover legal requirements under Title VI as well as the field’s ethical commitment to serving all survivors.
Webinar #2: Language Access Plans - The How?!
This 1.5 hour webinar introduces participants to the steps needed to create a meaningful language access plan. The presenter will outline what makes a good access plan as well how to create organizational buy-in. Should time permit, participants will also get exposure to systems advocacy.
