This program will provide an overview of a new Massachusetts law designed to enable survivors of human trafficking to vacate Massachusetts criminal convictions related to their trafficking. The panelists will focus on the purpose and history of the law, the specific mechanics of the law, and eligibility for relief. The event will be informative for lawyers and non-lawyers alike, and is targeted to anyone who may work with survivors of human trafficking.
