Where: via Zoom Webinar (The webinar link will be provided to registrants the week of the training). 

Fee: This webinar is free to attend. No CEUs will be provided. 

Accessibility: You can request ASL Interpretation and/or Closed Captioning for other trainings through the registration form. We will do our best to schedule accommodations/ access needs that are requested by October 22nd. Those requests made after the 22nd cannot be guaranteed.

Training Description: 

This training will go over the health care system in Massachusetts covering the various state programs offered to Massachusetts residents. Attendees will learn about the enrollment process, eligibility requirement for various state programs, and understanding immigration statuses as it relates to health coverage. 

Trainer Bio:

Hannah Frigand, Director of Education & Enrollment Services, Health Care For All.

Hannah Frigand oversees Health Care For All’s public program portfolio including enrollment, education, policy and advocacy. Hannah manages the day-to-day operations of the consumer HelpLine and the online community for enrollment assisters across the state. Information provided directly from Massachusetts residents and assisters across the state help to guide our advocacy and policy work. Hannah also guides HCFA's policy work related to state public programs, including MassHealth and the Health Connector. Using the insights gained from HelpLine callers and enrollment assisters statewide, Hannah plays a crucial role in ensuring that HCFA’s policy and advocacy work meet the needs of consumers throughout Massachusetts. Hannah has worked on eligibility and enrollment at Health Care For All for over thirteen years.
