WHAT: Press conference to kick-off JDI's Massachusetts White Ribbon Day Campaign
WHO: Governor Charlie Baker, Lt. Governor Karyn Polito, student athletes from Hingham High School, art students from MassArt (the Massachusetts College of Art and Design) and more will speak at this celebration to mark the 13th annual WRD Campaign.
WHY: Come show your support and find out how you can be part of our work to “Reimagine Manhood” and prevent gender-based violence.
This year we will focus on the youth leadership in reimagining positive concepts of masculinity - like collaboration, respect, and emotional honesty - and challenging persistent and destructive gender norms.
This event is free and open to the public. Please take a moment to RSVP to help us gauge attendance.
